Any tip to better communicate?

When I ask the question "Have you ever done a personality test?", I barely get the answer "No". There are in fact so many opportunities : #recruiting, #coaching, #professionalassessment, … or curiosity .

"I'm "Red"" "I'm "D"" "I'm ENPF" … What about you" ?
It is always nice to know it - and to some instance, it flatters our ego - but does it really move the needle if we leave it there?

To me, the real power of the profiling tools is not to put ourselves nor others in boxes. To me, their real power is to better know ourselves IN ORDER TO better communicate and foster team spirit.
It is nothing about "Oh you're "C", how lovely !" (thinking "Oh Gosh, s.he is my opposite, that will be a nightmare to get along, we'd better avoid working together"). It's about : "Since I know myself better, how can I make sure that I adapt my behaviors to people different from me, so that we can work together and reach out tremendous results through complementarity?"

I spent a significant amount of time, benchmarking profiling tools to identify which one would answer at best my needs and those of my clients. I found #DISC. DISC is simple but pertinent. DISC is compatible with the professional world. DISC is easy to use for a team and fun too. Disc has had decades of track record and millions of reports every year.

Our world becomes too complex and unpredictable to remain competitive relying on experts in their domain, no matter how brilliant they are. Outstanding results are nowadays driven by team work, creativity and collective intelligence … and the question is : Are you well equipped ?

You are a HR Director, CEO, Manager … and you want to discover DISC, contact me or @OlivierBrutus for further details : we deliver a bunch of related activities from "discovery workshop" to #teambuildingevents .
